A visa is an endorsement in a passport or other recognized travel document of foreigner indicating that the holder has applied for permission to enter Malaysia and that permission has been granted. Visa that has been granted is not an absolute guarantee that the holder will be allowed to enter Malaysia. The final decision lies with the Immigration Officer at the entry point.
VISA ON ARRIVAL SERVICE
The Visa On Arrival (VOA) service is now available at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The service which was introduced nationwide on September 1, 2006, was in line with Malaysia’s effort to encourage more tourists, particularly from China and India. The service was also introduced to cater for the anticipated tourist influx during Visit Malaysia Year 2007.
Application for VOA can be made at the Immigration Check Point at the Arrival Hall in KLIA. The processing fee for VOA at KLIA is RM100 per person and ant the moment payment is in cash only. No payment in foreign currency and credit card will be accepted. The VOA application is for a single entry visa and will only be issued for a social visit only. Those intending to apply for multiple entry visas should do so with their respective consulate.
The visa will only valid for 30 days and applicants must possess a confirmed return ticket as well as a valid passport. Applicant intending to apply for the VOA should not be listed on Malaysia’s Suspect List.
VOA service is only eligible for tourist coming from Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, India, Myanmar (ordinary passport), Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. VOA is not available to tourists from the following countries unless they possess work permit issued in Singapore. The countries are Angola, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central Africa Republic, Cote D’Iviore, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda and Western Sahara.

The challenging part is the integration and rendering the proposed system that can be realised in a more economical way.
Update!!
All accepted papers in ICVSSD 2019 have been published in the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering website
(https://iopscience.iop.org/issue/1757-899X/815/1) with the ISBN number 978-976-394-342-5 and indexed in SCOPUS database
The area of vibration and system dynamics including the machine and structural health monitoring is now undergoing a major technological revamp in term of its approaches to handle the data obtained from the measurement devices. With the advent of the distributed sensors (or Internet of Things, IoT) and the availability of processing power and software to manage huge data (Big Data Analytics) , the chances of finding a better solution to asset management is getting better. Companies with data based prognostics can predict machine downtime or structural life with higher accuracy, thus reducing the unplanned downtime and increasing yield.
The improvement of machine life can come from better science of which is the foundation of this conference. The development of vibration modelling will allow better understanding and prediction of the behaviour of the system and also the effect on human beings. This conference will try to gather the research work in vibration, sound and system dynamics and also the development of new sensors and systems. It is our firm belief that the increased interaction within the conference environment can bring values in terms of research insight, networking and even to the extent of finding the future trends of the technology.
The application of the big data analytics is an important area and the International Conference on Vibration, Sound and System Dynamics (ICVSSD 2019) has taken the initiative to conduct a workshop on the Big Data Analytics in Condition Monitoring in order to better disseminate the idea to the industry and also to form special interest group so that the technology can be further develop within the local industry scenario.
The conference proceeding will be published by an international publisher and will be Scopus-indexed and also open access. This will ensure that the proceeding will be available to researchers worldwide.
We look forward to meeting you in ICVSSD 2019.
Thank you and “Terima kasih"
